If there’s one thing uniting the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Los Angeles Dodgers, it’s that neither team has accomplished much on the diamond this year. The Dodgers’ 2010 season will be best remembered for the uncomfortably public legal battle between owner Frank McCourt and his estranged wife Jamie McCourt. This gives L.A. the edge over the D-backs, whose season has been every bit as memorable as Gregg Olson, the embattled closer that played for both L.A. and AZ.

Thank God for that.
