Neon Splash Dash at Salt River Fields, 5/11/13 Runners, walkers, and everyone in between celebrated the accomplishment of finishing a 5K at the Neon Splash Dash by sipping on cocktails and dancing to top 40 hits at Salt River Fields. The athletes were covered head to toe with glowing water, and some had fun with this by treating the blacklight-friendly hues as body paint.
