The Minnesota Timberwolves are wasting the prime years of Kevin Love’s career. Love is, arguably, the best power forward in the NBA, and yet the Timberwolves have failed to make the playoffs in his first six seasons. This is why you’re hearing trade rumors linking Love to the Phoenix Suns (along with half a dozen other teams). Love’s superior rebounding and reliable offensive game make him a solid fit for the Suns’ system, which is why those rumors may just be credible.

You can see Love and the Timberwolves on Tuesday, February 25, when they take on the Suns at US Airways Center, 201 East Jefferson Street. The game figures to be high-scoring; Phoenix and Minnesota are both in the top five in points scored per game, and neither is known for playing great defense.

The game will tip off at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $18 and are available by calling 602-379-7867 or online through www.ticketmaster.com.
