On Sunday, The Arizona No Pants Light Rail Ride confused public transportation users for the fourth year in a row. (Hey, we warned you.) After a quick pants-less stroll down Mill Avenue, the group met for food and drinks at Robbie Fox’s Public House on Mill Avenue and Sixth Street.
