Chicano, Latino, and indigenous American artists are bringing their own cultural and social issues to the forefront of the canvas with the collaborative exhibition “Nosotr@s Somos.” Hosted by Entre Nosotr@s, this show will feature the works of Native and Latin American artists including Denise Amaya, Gloria Casillas, and Monica-Gisel. “Nosotr@s Somos” is on view Sunday, April 12, at The Hive, 2222 North 16th Street. An artist reception, featuring a live performance by intermedia artist M. Jenea Sanchez, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 27.
