It’s not quite midseason but the Phoenix Suns seem to have hit the blahs characteristic of the middle of the season, going on a six-game skid at press time. They’ll try to avoid the inevitable when the Toronto Raptors, currently at the top of the Eastern Conference, visit on Sunday, January 4.

This game is part of a short break in a grueling series of dates that’ll stretch out to two weeks on the road. That Drake’s favorite NBA team is tied as the best team in the league should be more fuel for feisty point guard Goran Dragic, returning from a back injury, to rally the purple & orange troops.

The Phoenix Suns take on the Toronto Raptors at Talking Stick Resort Arena, 201 East Jefferson Street. Tickets range from $18 to $1740. Visit www.suns.com for more details.
