Keira Rathbone visualizes as she types. The London-based artist bought her first typewriter at a flea market during university in hopes of writing.
The words didn’t come, she writes. But the images did. She utilizes numbers, letters, and symbols in place of brush strokes to create landscapes, portraits, and of course, Royal Wedding memorabilia.
