Five local fashion designers (and their models) will go head-to-head this Friday night in Scottsdale, when Project Ethos continues its nationwide tour at Axis Radius on May 20.

The night will showcase runway looks by Tiffe Fermaint, Rebecca Turley, Jennyvi Dizon, Monkieu Tran, and Shantidas Contu-Owen.

Axis will also host local artwork in a loosely named “pop up art gallery” (read: art temporarily hanging in a non-gallery venue) — all to the tune of live music by Snake! Snake! Snakes! and a handful of local DJs.

At 11 p.m., check out the “Flavor Fashionista Challenge,” where each designer will each show off a look inspired by a flavor of Vitaminwater and created under a $200 budget.

The designs will then go to a public text-in vote and the winner will take home a “package prize” worth $3000.
