The term “must-win” gets thrown around too much in sports, but Sunday’s is truly a “must win” game for the Arizona Cardinals. The Cards are in the thick of the playoff race despite not having won a divisional game since “Gangnam Style” was popular. This is something of an issue, because the Cardinals will play three NFC West foes in their last four games and they’ll have to win at least two of them to make the playoffs.
Sunday’s tilt against the St. Louis Rams at University of Phoenix Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive in Glendale, figures to be the most winnable game left for the Cards. The Rams beat Big Red in a close game in week one, but they have since lost starting quarterback Sam Bradford to a torn ACL.
The game will kick off at 2:30 p.m. December 8. Tickets start at $45 and are available via www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.
