Remember when you were a kid and the ice cream truck came rolling through the neighborhood? Drawn in by the truck’s tinkling siren song, you’d go racing down the street, ready to toss some change at the man inside in exchange for frosty treats. You may have grown up since then, but so have food trucks. Today, four-wheeled restaurateurs are providing top-notch cuisine that still maintains the edgy nostalgia of traditional street food.

The Street Eats Food Truck Festival is a celebration of the burgeoning food truck movement, featuring nearly 25 of the Valley’s most sought-after rolling kitchens offering sample- and full-size portions of popular menu items. True foodies will want to hang out with Tyler Florence, chef and host of Food Network‘s The Great Food Truck Race, who’ll be making an appearance.
