Yes, it’s true. Rowdy Boutique is closing.
And, starting Wednesday, all merchandise is up to 75% off.
The high-end fashion boutique was started three years ago by Kristin Kulyniak and Melissa Owens. The two are moving to California and taking Rowdy with them.
