Thunk, thunk, thunk.

That’s you on the treadmill. Going nowhere, listening to the same songs on your ipod, and mentally comparing the butt sizes of everyone who crosses your line of stationary vision. Don’t you think your commitment to physical health could be a little more meaningful?

Apply all that treadmill training at the Steven L. Pearson Leukemia Foundation “Fight for Life” Walk/Run. The event features a one-mile fun run and a 5K race with medals for the top three racers of various age groups. The run is followed by a pancake breakfast, raffle, and carnival for the whole family. All ages are welcome.
