“This is an opportunity for the bands to come out and do what they do best,” says Michael Peck, theater director and founding member of Chyro Arts, “and let us thank them the best way we know how.”

After three seasons of theater, music and poetry, Scottsdale’s Chyro Arts Venue is ending its run with the Chyro Arts Closing Party featuring Red Letter Drive, Executives, Instructions, and Riot for Romance, an eclectic mix of bands that have all played at the venue in the past.

Says Peck, “I just hope that the music scene, and the independent art scene in general, can keep plugging away and grinding it out and demanding the attention that it deserves, in spite of the economy.”
