If Scottsdale’s artwalk isn’t on your weekly route, we suggest you do a little reorganizing — especially for the annual Summer Spectacular Artwalk.
On Thursday, July 5, from 7 to 9 p.m. artists will fill galleries and line the streets of the Scottsdale Arts Distrct — along Main Street and Marshall Way north of Indian School Road to Fifth Avenue — to showcase their latest work. For community members, this means live demonstrations, gallery openings, receptions, live music, wine tasting, and restaurant sampling.
Participating galleries include Calvin Charles Gallery, Lisa Sette Gallery, Art One, and Touchstone Gallery, to name a few. Also participating is Scottsdale Gallery Association’s new Young and Emerging Artists program, whose members will be performing at the northwest corner of Main Street and Marshall Way.
Thu., July 5, 7-9 p.m., 2012
