Fine dinning just got redefined. This spring T. Cook’s executive chef Paul McCabe and his team are inviting guests to join them at table 31 for an exclusive evening of experimental gourmet cuisine. This month-long event will offer weekly improvised dinners comprised of up to 12 courses and beverage pairings. While no menu is set for these high-end evening gatherings, seating is limited to only six guests at a time.

The #PM31 Culinary Experience kicks off Wednesday, April 26, at Royal Palms Resort and Spa, 5200 East Camelback Road. #PM31 is scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. every Wednesday through May 28. Dinner pricing is $150 per person with an additional $70 for wine and cocktail pairings.
