Since there’s really no better accessory than a cocktail in your hand, each week brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe.
This week: The Mornin’ Sunshine at Beckett’s Table
Arcadia neighborhood eatery, Beckett’s Table, puts the special in specialty food and beverage. Their signature cocktail list redefines the meaning of “signature” cocktails, as each renders a meaning specific to one of the owners milestone memories or a head nod to local history.
The Mornin’ Sunshine is the only one that doesn’t represent a special memory (like a street name) or a long-gone Phoenix landmark (like Legend City Amusement Park). But it does, however, serve as one hell of a tasty hangover remedy, complete with OJ, Emergen-C vitamin supplement, and, of course, Charbay Blood-Orange Vodka.
