Big things are happening at Roosevelt Row — big, two-tower, 7- and 8-story, 326-unit things. Roosevelt Point, the future apartment complex located off Roosevelt Row between 3rd and 4th streets is making its debut open house this Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m..

The living space catering to students attending the downtown campuses of Arizona State University and the University of Arizona isn’t set to open till August but that isn’t stopping joint-owners EdR and Concord Eastridge from giving future renters and retailers (the ground lobby will provide 7,500 square feet of retail space) a sneak preview of the building and its amenities (spoiler alert: they plan on having a tanning dome. Yes, a tanning dome.)
