Put a little Flagstaff flavor in your drinking routine when Mother Road Brewing Company joins forces with The Arrogant Butcher. Five courses and five beers means there will be plenty to taste in this special one-night dinner event on Thursday, July 10.
Featured chef Matthew Flanagan will be presenting dishes like duck confit, grilled skirt steak, and seared halibut with a lemongrass broth, all paired with different seasonal craft ales (and one kolsch) for $50 per person plus tax and gratuity. To finish things off, an espresso cheesecake with toffee and bing cherries will be served up with Mother Road’s rich Black IPA.
