Along with the debut of a new Nike flagship store at Scottsdale Quarter this week came an announcement of the North Scottsdale mall’s fall/winter 2010-2011 restaurant lineup. Eleven new restaurants are in the works, joining Oakville Grocery, Brio Tuscan Grill, and Primebar:
Coal Burger: coal-fired burgers, just like the name suggests, from the folks behind Grimaldi’s Pizzeria. It’ll be the first nationwide location.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria: another location of the New York-based, coal-fired pizza joint, which also has a restaurant in Old Town.
Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt: self-serve fro yo with more than 100 rotating flavors.

True Food Kitchen: Sam Fox and Dr. Andrew Weil’s health-centric dining concept.
