Attention brew bros. and beauties: SanTan Brewing Company is hosting a craft beer tasting tonight at 6:30 p.m.
This is the third craft beer tasting in SanTan’s “Tuesday Night Tasting” series which occurs on the second Tuesday of every month and kicked off in February of this year.
Tonight, SanTan Brewing and Brewmaster Anthony Cannechia (pictured) are teaming Up with BJ’s Restaurant and brew master Dr. Derek M Osborne to create a four-plate sampling of unique food paired with local beer. The menu:
- Lanjager sausage with gorgonzola blue paired with Odells’ IPA
- Cambonzola Blue with Pirahnna Pale and Hungarian Tague from BJ’s Brewery
- Thai Tom Kha Soup with Chicken and Lemongrass paired with Hopshock IPA from SanTan Brewing
- Sweet ginger and carrot cake paired with Big Red from SanTan Brewing
