Big Earl’s BBQ got some mad TV love last month when Adam Richman and his crew of Travel Channel’s Man v. Food Nation (the evolution of Man v. Food, in which Richman recruits locals to take on food challenges instead of doing them himself) paid a visit to the Old Town Scottsdale ‘cue house where members of the Scottsdale police and fire departments took on 17 pounds of food in thirty minutes in the “Leg of Beast Feast.”
Now, Big Earl’s appearance on the show is set to air at 7 p.m., this Wednesday, November 16, on the Travel Channel, and the restaurant is celebrating with a “Leg of Beast” viewing party complete with two big screens, a smoked whole hog and side of cow, drink specials, and a more civilized version of the challenge for its guests.
