Bloom, an upscale eatery serving classic American favorites at the Shops at Gainey Village in Scottsdale, is closing and will serve its last dinner on Saturday, November 26.
Fox Restaurant Concepts, owners of Bloom and 11 other restaurant concepts, accepted an offer from Tempe-based Highgrove Grill LLC to acquire Bloom’s building lease, furnishings, and equipment. Highgrove plans to open an American eatery and wine bar in the space in December.
Bloom’s employees have been offered comparable positions within the company.
Bloom, which opened in 2001, was the third restaurant for Fox Restaurant Concepts and the company’s first restaurant in the Valley.
