Apricot Glazed Pork
We can’t eat candy and cupcakes all the time(okay you’re right, we could, but no), sometimes we need real food. This is about as real as it gets. Chili-Rubbed Pork with Apricot Glaze. Surprisingly you should only need to pick up one or two things from the store for this amazing looking meal. Whip up some mashed potatoes, thrown together a salad and BAM! Dinner just like mom used to make, but with a kick.
