If you’re not a regular at the swanky Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, Adobe Restaurant probably isn’t on your radar. And even if you are, you might think of the restaurant as just a pitstop on your way to the championship courses. 
But that might change now that Wade Moises is in charge.
The chef — whose was previously co-owner of Downtown’s PastaBar, exec chef at Sassi, and a cook at two of Mario Batali’s celebrated NYC eateries — has just revamped the lunch and breakfast menus, in the hopes that locals won’t need golf as an excuse to stop by for a bite. 
For breakfast (ADOBEBREAKFAST1010.docx) look for omelets (I’m hungry for the one with roasted pork, caramelized onions, and arugula), rustic egg dishes, and sweets like buttermilk pancakes and French toast. Lunch (see the full menu on the next page) features half a dozen salads and a variety of $8 sandwiches, from tuna with escarole and red onion on brioche, to Italian sausage with peppers, onions, and braised greens.
Moises tells me a dinner menu will soon be in the works as well. Stay tuned.
