Just two days after backers of Chick-fil-A showed their support for company President Dan Cathy and his outspoken stand against same-sex marriage by converging on locations across the country (and, according to NPR.org, setting a one-day sales record), gay rights activists are responding today with a little activism of their own.
Pucker up, Honey.
That’s right, it’s “National Same-Sex Kiss Day” today, and those who support gay rights plan on smooching their loved ones outside Chick-fil-A’s all over the U.S.A. and posting photos on Tumbler, the National Same Sex Kiss Day Facebook page, and other social media sites.
