Favorite dessert: Cheesecake Factory cheesecake.
Favorite local restaurant and meal to order there: Republic Ramen. Order the Tonkatsu Ramen, and have them make it spicy. I prefer pork and have them hold the veggies. Add an egg if you’re feeling extra hungry.
Favorite local bar and cocktail to order there: Applebee’s has a happy hour that starts at 9 p.m., and every drink is half off. The best part is all the liquor is half off if they add water. $3 Jameson on the rocks 🙂
Favorite thing to cook at home: I love broiling steak. Almost no preparation, no cleanup, cooks in 10 minutes.
Favorite memory involving food: Crash Coordinates has a tradition of eating at this little hot dog shop up in Flagstaff every time we play there. I can’t remember the name but the building is bright yellow. Almost beats Amados Mexican Food (6022 N. McClintock Drive, Tempe) for post-drinking, late night grubbing.
Recipe or food tip to share: Most foods taste better when you cook them longer at a lower temperature–especially eggs and chicken.
