It was less than 3 weeks ago that we announced they were downsizing. Valley foodies barely had time to pine away for the culinary stylings of Chef Payton Curry before word spread of the reopening of Valley favorite Digestif, tonight at 5.
Reservations are coming in quickly, but if you don’t mind eating early or late, you just might grab a spot — and be one of the first to try out the new space with Curry while he works the display kitchen at the former Sea Saw location for the first time.
Thursday night will feature a pairing dinner with Chrystal Clifton & the Palmina Family of Wines. Curry will be preparing a 5 course dinner for $75, including the wine pairings that Clifton will be discussing with a limited number of guests throughout the evening. Call with your credit card information to snag one of their limited spots.
And the restaurant in its new, smaller location on Stetson Dr. will also be staying open until midnight this Friday and Saturday, presumably to accommodate the crowds.
