Mohair-upholstered ceilings, a 3,000-bottle wine cellar, two pianos — with the opening of Dominick’s Steakhouse today in the Scottsdale Quarter, it’s like the slumping economy ISN’T EVEN HAPPENING!
Courtesy of the Mastro group, the 10,500 square foot, 350-seat, two-level luxury dining destination, hopes to “fill a void in the market and serve as a compliment to local fine dining establishments such as Morton’s, Eddie V’s, Bourbon Steak, and Ruth’s Chris.”
Along with a luxurious atmosphere including a rooftop poolside dining room with heated tables, a lavish women’s bathroom offering complimentary organic cosmetics, and live, nightly entertainment, there’s also upscale fare.
Created by executive chef Marc Lupino, Dominick’s Steakhouse will feature classic steakhouse, seafood, and Italian specialties including a chef’s cut, prime-aged filet, braised veal shank, Idaho rainbow trout, Maryland-style lump crab cakes, baked clams, veal parmesan, and fettuccine alfredo with classic side dishes such as au gratin potatoes.
