Well, it just opened for business a few days ago, and if you’ve checked out the shop’s website, owner Steve Belt’s passion and obsessiveness is palpable.

Ever wondered what it takes to open up a coffee shop (and deal with the city), or to roast coffee beans, or to meticulously craft a latte? It’s all detailed on Belt’s blog.

Right now, the menu is limited to coffee and other beverages, as well as fresh pastries, but soon there will be a selection of sandwiches and salads as well. Business hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
