Mesa residents looking for a new place to get a pizza fix can turn to the newly opened Eklectic Pie, a build-your-own pizza restaurant located at 1859 South Stapley Drive, Suite 106.
The idea behind the restaurant, which comes from Valley restaurateur Charlie Harmon, is simple: Diners can choose from a list of crusts, sauces, cheeses, toppings, and “finishers” (for example, balsamic fig vinaigrette, fresh cilantro, and guacamole) to create a unique pizza.
While the crust options include just “traditional” or gluten-free, which costs an extra $2, Eklectic Pie offers nine different sauces on the menu including marinara, alfredo, basil pesto, BBQ, buffalo, chipotle, jalapeño cilantro lime cream, Chinese spicy chile, and olive oil.
Pizzas range from $5.49 for a seven-inch or $7.99 for an 11-inch pie.
