The 50th location of the largest privately owned restaurant company in the Midwest will open its doors at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, at 10574 North 90th Street in Scottsdale.

The 8,721-square-foot restaurant includes a patio and, like all Portillo’s restaurants, will be filled with vintage memorabilia reflecting founder Dick Portillo’s love of history — especially Chicago history.
Portillo’s will continue its Arizona expansion with a second location planned to open this summer at the Tempe Marketplace (Rio Salado Parkway and McClintock Drive) in Tempe. The Chicago-based Portillo’s currently operates in three states.
