For those still smarting from the sting of past food truck festivals, from 4 to 8 p.m. this Wednesday, March 7, at the Downtown Phoenix Public Market, the Phoenix Food Truck Coalition is going to food truck festival like it’s the food truck festival of the fall of 2011 — and that means old-school style, yo. No entry fee, no tickets to keep track of, just a bunch of mobile kitchens serving street eats to the nice people.
They’re calling it Food Truck Mania. I’m calling it getting back to our senses.
Plus, there’s a nice selection of trucks, too.
