This book covers all forms of gluten-free cooking, from pizza and pasta to fried chicken and dumplings, priding itself on producing meals that don’t just look like the real thing, but taste like it too.
Byrn also offers up solutions to such common celiac concerns as converting favorite recipes and eating gluten free on a budget. For anyone who’s written off his or her tastebuds in the name of a gluten allergy, this is surely an event worth checking out.
