Humble Pie, the locally owned casual pizza chain with four locations, has opened its fifth restaurant at 15703 North 83rd Avenue in Peoria (near the Peoria Sports Complex and at the cross streets of 83rd Avenue and Bell Road.)
In the former home of Prime Pizza, the Peoria Humble Pie will serve up its pizzas, hamburgers, salads, sandwiches, and desserts in a space featuring an 80-seat dining room (including the bar area), display kitchen, and 50-seat patio.
And there are three more locations on the way.

Glendale will be the slated sixth Humble Pie location, with a restaurant coming to 39th Avenue and Happy Valley in October.
Two additional restaurants will join other Valley restaurants at Terminal Four in the Sky Harbor Airport. The new restaurants will open in 2013.
