Humble Pie, the locally owned casual pizza chain with four locations, has announced it will open a fifth restaurant in July with three more to follow, bringing its total number of pizza joints in the Valley to eight.

Humble Pie’s most recent opening was at Scottsdale’s Kierland Village in February. It’s fifth restaurant will open in Peoria at the end of July, next to the Peoria Sports Complex at 15703 North 83rd Avenue (83rd Avenue and Bell Road), in the former location of Prime Pizza.

Then there are three more on the way.

Glendale will be the slated sixth Humble Pie location, with a restaurant coming to 39th Avenue and Happy Valley in October.
