43: Hummus Trio from Pita Jungle
Pita Jungle does healthy Mediterranean fare and they do it well. So well, in fact, that they started offering small plates of their classic dips and dishes during a happy hour for a fraction of the price. For Pita Jungle hounds like us, that means we can score a huge spread of Med fresh nibbles for a fraction of the price. While the trio isn’t on the regular menu, they’re still more than willing to mix and match the roasted red pepper, cilantro jalapeno and the classic garlicky hummus. Add a pile of pita and indulge.
The hummus trio is a great way to start off a healthy Mediterranean meal, or just to nosh on over a glass of wine. The hummus trio comes with traditional, roasted red bell pepper, and jalapeno cilantro hummus, all playing nice on the chickpea playground. It’s a flavorful, garlicky sampler with enough variety to satisfy the strongest hummus cravings. Just make sure to ask for extra pita bread!
