If you’re a fan of Iruña, restaurateur Aaron May’s lounge-worthy spot of classic Spanish tapas in Old Town Scottsdale, your last chance to dine will be today and Saturday.

May’s closing Iruña, which opened in May of 2010, to make way for a new concept set to open in early March of this year. Called Praying Monk Tap and Kitchen, May’s new eatery will feature seasonal offerings of locally sourced food — from small bites to full plates — a wide selection of craft beer, wines and artisanal spirits, and a renovated interior and patio.

Stay tuned for details.
