There is just so much going on in this video, so many memes and obscure references. It is like watching the entirety of the internet being crushed down into a two-and-a-half-minute mineral water ad.
To paraphrase Jodie Foster’s character from Contact, “No words. They should have sent a poet… and a therapist.”
These videos are reportedly the work of a Lithuanian college student who prepared the first one for a class. Since that time, “katashnis85” has uploaded more “Powerthrist” inspired videos, including the English translated version above. While Vytautas is an real mineral water brand available in Lithuania, it’s clear that their actual advertising is just a tad more lower key. Also, we were terrified to discovered that Powerthirst has become an actual product.
