He’s baaack. And this time, he’s leaving his truck in the garage.
Jeff Kraus, owner and chef of Truckin’ Good Food and named one of the nation’s “Top 10 Most Influential Food Trucks” by the Huffington Post, is returning to Cycle, the pop-up venue hidden inside the Lexington Hotel in downtown Phoenix, on Friday and Saturday, June 17 and 18, with his Parisian style street food pop-up restaurant, “Experience.”
Given that his last event at Cycle sold out in a matter of hours, consider yourselves warned.
Kraus shared his “Experience” menus this morning, and they don’t disappoint. With a theme of a summer picnic, Kraus offers such goodies as deviled eggs with hay infused emulsion, land caviar, and black olive soil; lamb or soy meat open-face sloppy joes; and a five course dessert tasting with sweet creations like “The Smokin’ Cone” and “The Lebowski.”
