Attention, Los Dos Molinos fans: The transition is complete.
Since Padre’s father-and-son team Denny and Cole Durbin closed their Central Phoenix business in early June and sold the space to Drew Melton, owner of downtown’s Los Dos Molinos, there’s been a bit of an exodus going on. Specifically, moving the restaurant from Washington Street to Camelback.
Today, it opened.

Melton, the grandson of Los Dos Molinos founder Victoria Chavez, recently closed the downtown location of Los Dos Molinos to move farther away from the Los Dos in South Phoenix. (In addition to downtown and South Phoenix, there are two other Los Dos Molinos locations, in Mesa and Ahwatukee Foothills.)
