Sheesh, first it was Firehouse Subs, then the announcement of ten more Jersey Mike’s Subs — now, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, the Delaware-based sub and sandwich chain with locations in Ahwatukee, Mesa, and Tempe, has announced its continuing the recent surge of sub shops to the Valley with a fourth location at 15227 North 87th Street in Scottsdale.
Featuring the Bobbie, also known as “Thanksgiving on a roll,” made with in-house roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo, and the Capastrami made with hot, homemade pastrami, Swiss cheese and Russian cole slaw, the new Capriotti’s opens today.
Memo to all sub chains: enough already.
