Spoke & Wheel’s menu, created by chef-owner Mohr, will offer upscale tavern food in the form of small plates, sharable dishes, and entrees. Many dishes have a Southwestern twist. Handcrafted cocktails, wine, and beer also will be available.

The new space will seat about 100 people and will feature exposed brick walls, a stainless steel bar, bicycle-themed décor, and a dog-friendly patio with a fire pit.
