For cheese lovers in need of a fix on four wheels, your food truck has arrived — rather, it will have as of this Saturday.
CheddaTruck, a new mobile kitchen dedicated to cheesy cuisine in the form of signature and build-your-own sandwiches (plus a clever little creation called Chedda Tots), will make its debut from 5 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, at Artistic Tattoo in Central Phoenix (Camelback and Seventh Avenue).
CheddaTruck’s signature sandwiches include The Junkie, with short rib, arugula, caramelized onion, and Havarti on sourdough; Oh Fancy, with turkey, figs, arugula, and brie on multigrain; and The Bounty, with seasonal local veggies, hummus, and Arizona Monterey Jack on multigrain.
