A few weeks ago, we reported on the upcoming opening of former Digestif GM Pavle Milic‘s new restaurant, FnB, in Sea Saw’s old spot at 7133 E. Stetson Dr. in Scottsdale. The moment Milic was waiting for has now arrived. FnB (which stands for Food & Beverage, a hat-tip to the service industry) opened quietly this past Saturday night.
Milic partnered up with restauranteur Peter Kasperski of Cowboy Ciao and Chef Charleen Badman of Rancho Pinot Grill to open the gastropub, which offers a handful of accessible appetizers and entrees including squash ravioli and roasted chicken with spaetzle and mushrooms.
FnB’s closed on Mondays, so you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to get a first taste of Badman’s “clean and simple” cuisine, but they’ll be open Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday from 5-10 p.m. and from 5 p.m. until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
