If we said we never get a craving for Original ChopShop Co.’s kale Caesar salad every now and then, we’d be lying. The local restaurant focusing on healthy eats and pressed-to-order juices has been a hit already in both Scottsdale and Tempe.
And now it’s time to get excited, Southeast Valley, because you’ve got your very own Original ChopShop Co. at 35 West Boston Street in downtown Chandler.

The first Original ChopShop Co. opened on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Scottsdale Road in Old Town Scottsdale just over a year ago and was followed by a second location in Tempe later in 2013.

All three restaurants offer a menu of health-minded eats that include salads, sandwiches, and protein plates for lunch and dinner. There are also a breakfast menu with options like bowls, wraps, and a parfait as well as protein shakes and pressed juices.
