Hospitality is his middle name. The consumate gentleman, Pavle Milic of FnB describes himself as “the lucky partner to one of the best cooks in the town — Charleen Badman.”  He loves to eat. He loves the process of cooking and the act of sharing and breaking bread with family and friends. If he had it his way, his eight seater table would always be fully seated. Here’s his perfect food day:

Breakfast:
Normally I prefer fresh fruit in the morning. I am incorporating a more substantial breakfast into my routine such as oatmeal and eggs.

Lunch:
Broccoli and Bok Choy Pho at Noodles Ranch.

Dinner: In our line of work, we usually stay in on our day off and cook at the house. It normally involves some protein on the mesquite grill, salads, veggies, Colombian rice and wine for sure.
