When it comes to farm-to-table food, St. Francis chef/owner Aaron Chamberlin knows a thing or two. Really, we can say that for sure because we’ve been in the kitchen when he’s working his fresh-food magic. So if you’re passionate about this stuff or just interested in learning what it takes to be a chef for a day, drop by Chamberlin’s new(ish) downtown eatery, the Phoenix Public Market Cafe, for a chance to win an afternoon experience with the chef himself.

The contest winner and three guests will spend an afternoon with Chamberlin at the adjacent Phoenix Public Market, where the chef will let you in all the tips and tricks for scoring the freshest of local ingredients. Afterward, the group will head into the Phoenix Public Market Cafe kitchen to help Chamberlin prepare a meal using healthy techniques and the foods scored at the farmers market.

Finally the winner and guests will get to sit down and enjoy their four-course lunch, which will include wine, dessert and more. The prize package also includes four Phoenix Public Market professional Bragard chefs aprons, valued at over $100.
