Last week, Old Town Scottsdale’s Rehab Burger Therapy rung in the new year by announcing plans to open a second location. According to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook, the beach-themed burger joint will open a new restaurant in Tempe, specifically at 21 East Sixth Street, Suite #146, just off Mill Avenue.
The original restaurant, located at 7210 East Second Street in Scottsdale, opened in 2012 by a team of former Oregano’s executives: Ken Likewise, Denise Nelson, and Wiley Arnett. Known for serving top-notch burgers — and for offering most of them in two different sizes — the restaurant has become a popular Old Town lunch spot. In addition to the selection of burgers, Rehab serves sandwiches, salads, pastas, and wings.
There’s no opening date for the Tempe restaurant yet, but keep an eye on the Rehab Burger Therapy Tempe Facebook page for updates.
