The sixth location of NoRTH, the modern Italian restaurant chain from Fox Restaurant Concepts, opens today at 4925 North 40th Street with one big difference: It’s headed up by former Noca chef, Chris Curtiss.
“The Arcadia NoRTH has a very different feel and really is a complete departure from our original NoRTH restaurant,” says founder and CEO of Fox Restaurant Concepts, Sam Fox. “Since we opened the first NoRTH nine years ago, the concept has evolved, and Arcadia is a great neighborhood to unveil our new vision for the brand.”
Curtiss’ menu at the NoRTH location in Arcadia will divert from the chain’s modern Italian slant and will be based on more traditional Italian cuisine with pizzas featuring hand-made dough and pasta made from scratch as featured categories.
The 4,000-square-foot restaurant, created to feel like an Italian farmhouse, will include an outdoor patio, exhibition kitchen, and a bike rack for its pedal-in patrons.
