Craft beers plus homey seasonal cuisine? Sounds like a winning combination.
That’s what brew master Anthony Canecchia has planned for the Tuesday Night Tasting he’s hosting at Chandler’s SanTan Brewing on Tuesday, December 1.
For $25, guests will get to taste half a dozen microbrews, served with five courses of food. And the special guest of the night will be brew master JR from Colorado’s O’Dell Brewing Company.
The special menu includes Sun Devil Cask Ale, Pete’s Wicked Winter Brew served with a winter spinach salad, O’Dell’s Isolation Ale teamed with chorizo-stuffed medjool dates, SanTan Smoked Porter served with Colorado buffalo chili and cornbread, SanTan Winter Warmer paired with braised short ribs and sweet potato puree, and SanTan Coffee Stout served with cinnamon coffee cake.
